Delivery within the UK and All of Europe

We ship Royal Mail, first class recorded or signed for.  We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs from receipt of cleared payment.  When items are in stock we aim to have your order with you within seven days for the UK.  Should there be a delay we will contact you.  If your goods have not arrived within two weeks after ordering, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.

We charge a flat fee of £4.00 for UK delivery and a flat fee of £8.00 for the rest of Europe (if the correct fee is NOT chosen, we will ship regular mail, NOT recorded, and can not take responsibility for undelivered items).  This price applies however large or small your order may be.  Each requested delivery is charged separately.

Express Delivery (UK only)

If you need Express Delivery, please email us to arrange . We will dispatch Express Deliveries within 24 hours and, in most cases within the UK, they should be received the following day. There is an additional £2.00 charge for Express Delivery, a total of £6.00. 

Deliveries to the Rest of the World 

We are happy to receive credit card orders from 'The Rest of the World'. For delivery charges and lead times please email us on info@coocoomashu.com. Please note that you may have to pay local import duties and/or taxes on receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any of your items, you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. You have 14 days from date of receipt to return the goods for a full refund. 

Goods must be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns beyond this time limit and we are unable to refund used or customer damaged goods.

Receipts for refunds will not be posted. In all cases we can not be held responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Please obtain a proof of posting from your post office.  We are not responsible for return postage and can not refund original postage charge. How to Pay

We accept payment via PAYPAL and the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH and Visa Debit/Electron.

Please note when you confirm payment online, your money will be taken off your card IMMEDIATELY by our payment provider Streamline (a member of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group). We make every attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible. Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you.

All prices and charges are in Pound Sterling (GBP).

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
